Day 116: Unplugged

Day 116: Unplugged

Thursday, April 26, 2018

How do I explain why I only got three hours of sleep without sounding like a crazy person? Unless you have young children, or you’ve survived to tell the tale, you just won’t get it.

Unfortunately, no one can be told what the parenting life is. You have to see it for yourself.

About today’s photo: ISO25600. Oh and I’m trying to be clever by making this post a giant Matrix reference… because parenthood is proof that the Matrix doesn’t exist.

  1. Calm down my friend! I believe all parents having the same experience with yours. My experience is the same but in another way. That was between me and my dad when he was still alive. He was 90 something, and me and my brothers and sisters took turns to “babysitting” him. You know, I am the one who is hard to get to sleep but my dad was the one woke up numerous times a night to ask for water, taking him to the toilet or help cover his blanket, and many things else I could not predict. Just think that here are our children, our parents, learn to love with whom you’re living with, you can not change the situation but to accept it to survive or you will be a bad guy, or crazy one. Good luck and be happy!
