It just occurred to me that most Chinese food I’ve ever eaten is dairy free*. That suits me just fine.
*(The main exception being Chinese food in the US, where at least three of the restaurants I went to around San Francisco and Los Angeles inexplicably drenched everything in cheese. I basically stopped after that.)
