Day 34: Better than yesterday

I am so out of shape. Or maybe my expectations are too high. I’m not sure. I’ve done around 250 crunches, 100 weighted squats, 80 torso-twist sit-ups, 50 push-ups, 30 burpees, a minute planking, and now I can barely stand to work the dummy, much less take a picture with it.

I know it sounds like a lot when I count it up like that, but it didn’t seem like much at the time…
