I know that polite society likes to call it a parson’s nose, but I’d rather not mince words or risk losing the meaning in archaic metaphors.
The food at Manu Feildel’s Duck In Duck Out is quite good and I’m sure I’ll be coming back. But this is the first and last time I’ll be trying any vegetable or root that’s been deep-fried in duck fat.
Oh and, for the record, I do know what it tastes like.
