Dan McGuirt, purveyor of Creole treats and American diner delights (and the most amazing hamburgers I’ve had anywhere ) is back.
This time around, he is making yeast-raised doughtnuts that are lighter and fluffier than anything you’ll find at Krispy Kreme’s or Donut King (learn to spell, heathens).
He’s promised he’ll start making his hamburgers again from next week, so I’ve committed the location of his new place to memory: Darlinghurst Road, just a few steps from Govinda’s. Joe Dough.
