Day 93: Kensington Street

Day 93: Kensington Street

Saturday, April 2, 2016

Chippendale used to be a bit of a dive, but it has well and truly transformed into a cultural and creative hub. It’s home to eOne Entertainment, Central Park, countless designers, mysterious hole-in-the-wall cafes; and I’ve even grown to appreciate the White Rabbit Art Gallery.

Within seconds of each other is a melange of eating options – Spice Alley, Lower Mekong and the Kensington Street Social, all of them hidden behind old facades where nothing is as it seems.

  1. Gotta love White Rabbit; high hit rate of interesting works. I hope Lower Mekong have got their act together for lunch. The last time we went around noon a lot of the menu was still being prepared!
