I think I’ve discovered the best yum cha restaurant in Sydney. It’s in an area where there are four other competitors within a five-minute walk. The seating is spacious and luxurious and the food is fantastic. The 糯米雞 (glutinous rice wrapped in lotus leaves) is at least twice the size of what you get elsewhere, the tea is fantastic, and they have 馬拉糕 (sponge cake) freshly made on the premises.
