I was not ready to hear this from a doctor, but there you have it.
My foot is busted so badly that you couldn’t classify what I do to get around as “walking”.
No Wing Chun for a while.
I took up Wing Chun to get closer to my roots and to improve my fitness. Nearly everyone I know talks about it as though I’m going through a mid-life crisis – which is profoundly disrespectful.
I am gutted, and I am pissed off, and I am going to prove everyone wrong.
